The Results

In 17 months, Fairview boosted their employee referral rate from 6% to 41%, sourcing 2,407 referral hires with a 92% annual retention rate, and saved 2,080 hrs per year.

They also saw a 2-week faster time-to-fill for employee referrals, and a 23.4% application-to-hire rate for employee referrals, compared to 5% application-to-hire industry average.

Fairview’s 2,407 referral hires through employee referrals included:
