What is talent sourcing?

This one is hard to achieve but if you partner up with your marketing or customer team, you can have a small footer in all customer emails that read “We’re hiring! Check out our open roles here”. This can reach to hundred or even thousands of individuals who are already familiar with your organization and could either be looking for their next role or know someone around them that is.
