Eqo Introduces Cross-Referrals Between Sister Organizations

This feature enables employees at one organization to refer candidates directly into open roles at a sister organization, expanding your referral reach while keeping full control over incentives and participation.

Why did we work on this, and what benefits does it produce? 

Sister organizations often have different open roles. An employee in one company might know great talent perfect for a role that’s only available in a sister company. So, why not harness their network and allow them to share these referrals to the sister organization? This boosts the overall talent pool and ensures every organization gets access to the right talent faster, while strengthening collaboration and shared success.
