For most employees, it should log you in directly, but in some case, it may ask to verify your email address on file

3. Share Referral Link

Click "Send Referral" under a role you’d like to refer someone to, copy your unique referral link, and share it with your friend

Common questions you might have in mind

Can I refer someone who already applied?

Yes.

2) Reply with "1"
3) Click the link to access your dashboard
4) Scroll all the way to the bottom and click on "Referring someone who already applied?"
5) Follow instructions on screen

Note: You only have a specific number of days to log this as a referral for you.

What is a General Referral?

It allows your friend to access a list of all open roles and choose the job that best suits them. The referral bonus you receive will be based on the job they are ultimately hired for.

How do I know when someone applies through my unique referral link?

You will get a text notification to your phone. Additionally, you can check if they applied or have been selected for the interview process by accessing your tracking dashboard. Send "REFER" to 67000, and then respond with "2" to access your dashboard.

Is there a limit to the number of people I can refer?

We encourage you to maximize sharing your referral links with your community and friends. However, we recommend you do so thoughtfully to avoid a large number of spam candidates.

How do I track my referrals and payouts?

To track your referrals and payouts, text "REFER" to 67000, reply with "2", and click on the the link provided to access your employee dashboard.

How do I get paid?

Your referral reward payment will be facilitated by your HR team as per your company's referral policy guidelines. When your payroll or TA team has initiated a payout, you will receive a text message alerting you of the payout.

My referral isn't showing up in my dashboard.

Please make sure that your friend has accepted your referral via the link you sent them by filling their information on your unique referral link. Please give 48 hours from when they initially accepted the referral to allow the information to populate in your dashboard.
