There are a few reasons that may break the tracking of application statuses but the most common is always an email mismatch.
Please ensure that the email on the referral detail is the exact primary email that was used on the candidate’s application and present in the ATS record. If there is a mismatch, this will break the tracking.
*Additionally, if you retroactively update ATS records and update emails post-hire, this may cause a break in tracking as well.
