What is the yellow triangle next to a referral stage?

If you see a Yellow triangle next to an ATS stage in your pipeline, it means we weren’t able to map that ATS stage to one of our 6 Eqo stages.

Usually it means it was likely not mapped in “stage mapping”. 

To troubleshoot, please ensure you go to “Settings” → “Staging Mapping” and map that status to one of the Eqo stages and save down. 

Then, just resync the individual record opening up the Referral Drawer → clicking 3 dots and “Resync”. The yellow triangle should disappear.
