Below are all the statuses a referral can be in. This is different from the ATS Stage value in your pipeline, which will pull in the application stages you use to progress applications.

Below are the possible statuses a referral can be in:

Hired: the candidate has reached a mapped “Hired” stage

Void: the candidate or employee has been terminated

Active: the candidate is currently in an application stage

Ineligible-Exst Employee: the candidate is already an active, existing employee

Ineligible-Rehire: the candidate was previously terminated within your set rehire ineligibility period

Ineligible-Groups: the candidate falls under one of the exclusions rules you’ve set-up

Ineligible-Hiring Mngr: the referral was made by a Hiring Manager listed on the job req

Duplicate: the candidate has accepted referrals from multiple employees within the set

ownership period. All referrals accepted after the initial will be marked as “Duplicate”

Expired: the referral has lapsed outside the set ownership period

Arrow or plus: if there is this icon flag next to the status, it means the status of the record was manually added or updated using the referral drawer. If you hover over, you will see the user who updated the record.
